Bob Athey • CEO / Lead Designer / OwnerBob Athey is a sound designer who is completely integrated into the audio/video world. At the age of 22, he graduated with two degrees (psychoacoustics and post production in audio and film) at Columbia College. Immediately following graduation, Bob was installing sound systems and mixing live sound throughout Chicago, for such well known music legends as REO Speedwagon, and Lynyrd Skynyrd. He soon wanted to make even bigger moves in the industry, and where better than the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas?
Bob began an internship utilizing his background in both designing, and installing, technically demanding high-end audio, video and lighting systems. A master at his craft, he quickly started working in renowned and famous venues in Las Vegas, with artists such as Bon Jovi, Lenny Kravitz and the Eagles. In 2006 Bob founded a his first company; FBP Group, a lighting, sound and video company. It’s mark on the industry was quickly made, gaining clients with some of the largest and most prominent clubs in the country. These included Body English, Wasted Space, and Vanity at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Tao at the Venetian Hotel and Resort, LAX at the Luxor, Light at Mirage, and many others. Though Las Vegas is well known for its make-or-break tendencies, FBP Group prevailed, and established itself as a premier club and nightlife A/V company in a highly competitive industry.
Moving on to even bigger and brighter (pun intended) things, Bob and a team of hand-picked specialists launched All Things Integrated, ATI. ATI is an out-of-the-box and think-outside-the-box, full spectrum A/V company who’s goal was to bring high quality AV to with projects in high end properties and venues around the world. Some of those properties include The Hard Rock, Union Tribune San Diego, Michael Mina’s restaurant group, GameWork’s in six cities, MGM Mirage, Melco Crown Entertainment, Merlin Entertainment, Genting Resorts World in Indonesia and Vegas, and many others. ATI is on the cutting edge of technology and know how, and is quickly becoming the leading force in the A/V industry. ATI will surely become brighter in the years to come.
